(PS -- all the dog pictures are just for you Jane!! :-) )
A new dog at the hotel...
On Thursday night as we were waiting for the bus to pick us up and take us into Barlad a man who comes to the hotel frequently to visit the owner (older man on the bicycle) told us in Romanian and in sign language about this poor dog. The dog showed up earlier in the week with a chain around his neck. We all just assumed the chain meant he belonged to someone. Apparently he had been chained up though and the chain had dug into his neck. This man had removed the chain and treated the wounds. Now it looks like this guy is going to be one of the hotel dogs. :-) He is really sweet and timid... the only thing he is going to have to learn is not to come inside the hallway and that guests don't ALWAYS have food. LOL He likes to sniff everything you are carrying to see if you have food for him! :-)
I don't normally take pictures of horses BUT Becca kept making comments about a horse on a leash and it just cracked me up... so here is the horse on a "leash".
PUPPIES... 3 little puppies waited for us at the front gate of the hospital. We all stopped for pictures and they tagged along behind us up to the clinic.
Alex and her one-on-one aide Stella stopped to see the puppies.
Alex wasn't so sure at first but she did pet him once. LOL
I know we have horses in the States...
but it is just so funny to see them this close to the clinic and playground!
Baby Andreea was trying to climb into my lap on top of Ema. Ema was laughing so I tried to get a picture... this is what I got! LOL Andreea putting her fingers in Ema's mouth! :-)
Andrei getting a shot in the rear. He had been doing much better but Friday was not a good day for him health wise :-(
Delta went to change Daniela into the cute outfit Evan sent over with me. When she did she discovered the aides had put 3T plastic pants on her!! She looked like Erkel! I dug in the drawer and found a 12 month pair which was also huge but much better than this!
Say extra prayers that Gabi is approved for eye surgery. A sweet lady who shall remain nameless at the moment (because I'm not sure she wants people to know who she is) has offered to pay for eye surgery for Gabriela and/or Ema... whichever one is approved first. The paperwork for the eye doctors has to be completed by Dr. Delia. Since Dr. Delia is going through hard times at the moment with her father's death please keep her in your prayers too!
