Oh My Gosh!

I think I am finally up to date on my blog!! Woo hoo!! LOL

Now I truly have to go to bed because in the morning I am responsible for reading a journal entry that I haven't even written yet... LOL... we each take turns writing about our day and read it each morning at breakfast... we also take turns giving a message or quote of the day.. it is really cool, I enjoy hearing everyone else's take on what happened the day before... my entry should be amusing ;-) Considering it is the first night where a wee bit of alcohol was involved!

Day 3 Sammy

Day 3 Ionella

Sweet Ionella, another mobile... she has had surgery to correct her cleft lip but not her cleft palate -- that is next on the list! She is pictured here with the preschool teacher who works with the older kids each afternoon.

This morning as I was checking to see who was awake I saw this sweet girl's face... this is Paula she is in the mobile room so I haven't gotten to spend much time with her... she visits us occasionally in the non-mobile room to jump in the jumpy seat!

New Year's Eve in Romania

Just after the new year... the photographer shall remain nameless because she has informed us she is in the witness protection program and refused to be in the picture :-p

The professor who lead our party... first she made it fun by starting us off with a game... then she made us work by making us start a list of goals and then listing things we want to learn to do this year...

The beginning of the party in Elizabeth's room.. notice the "professor" covering her head.. surprised the Witness Protection Program allowed her to come to Romania in the first place!

After our official party was over the 3 younger members decided to crash the party downstairs... Kim approached this nice Romanian gentleman and told him Rosie was a great dancer. He immediately took her drink from her hand and they began to dance! Doesn't she look thrilled!

The tables downstairs in the restaurant being set up in preparation for the New Year's party... I'll have to post a normal picture another day... :-)
