Weirdly enough.. there is a Jaguar/Land Rover dealer in Bucharest, the capital of the poorest country in the EU... go figure!
The flight from Bucharest to Romania was uneventful. I had planned to go to at least the Anne Frank House while in Amsterdam but just wasn't feeling up to any more adventure by the time I actually arrived.
The hotel I stayed in... it truly was walking distance from the airport.

LOL I picked buildings.
The room was only slightly bigger than my bedroom at home but I loved it! Very functional -- very Dutch... as you walk in the
toliet is to your left (complete with a sliding semi-opaque door)... to your right is the shower with a clear glass sliding door. Just past the toilet is a mirror with make-up lights then the sink. There is a curtain you can pull for privacy before you arrive at the bedroom area. The bedroom area consists of a small chair (complete with a Molly doll!), 2 mini round bedside tables, bed, mood pad, and flat screen TV. That is the entire room.. I *loved* it!
