33rd Day in Romania/ Wednesday Afternoon at the Clinic

After lunch I needed to walk to the pharmacy for some "magic spray" that Dan had used on my bug bites. I'm still not sure what exactly is in it but it definitely stops the itching. I'm bringing some home for sure!

A few of my teammates walked to the pharmacy with me since we passed a store that sold ice cream. Ice cream is so cheap (mine was a tub for 2,5 lei and the ice cream on a stick is around 1,5lei... 70 cents and 45 cents respectively) and yummy on a hot day like today!

As we were walking we passed a house with beautiful tomato plants. We have been having tomatoes daily and love them!

Back at the clinic we fed the babies their bottles and played... Ion had fun pulling up on Cristi's walker....

eventually Marius got in on the act!

We also played a game where I threw the ball and hit the front of Cristi's walker (yes and a few times his head.. luckily the balls are light and he laughed every time!).

Alex and I decided we would hold Maria-Cleopatra this week. We both did so after bottle feeding.

Wednesdays and Thursdays are laundry days. Trevor and Trent are going through the underwear trying to find their socks. LOL The ladies who work in laundry at the clinic do our laundry for us. We just have to provide the laundry soap. They do throw everyone's clothes in together though -- thus the fun of sorting it in front of the hotel!

Stretch Amy invited Stephanie and me to her room for a chocolate tasting. She is trying to determine what chocolates are the best to purchase in large quantity for souvenirs.

This is the winner so far... but that is only out of a taste test of 4 people... and don't tell her but we bought her real Romanian chocolate for her birthday on Friday! Shhh! It's a secret! ;-)
