Happy 1st Birthday Andrei! 
Today is Andrei's first birthday. Apparently a rite of passage is to change into big boy clothing. Dan brought him out a big boy outfit and changed him before the festivities began.

A little one-on-one, man to man talk before the party began...
I was surprised that Andrei didn't seem to mind the birthday hat at all. :-)
He was rather fascinated with the candle in his yogurt. We all sang Happy Birthday (Dan, Jane, Paula, Ali, and me) and all the non-mobile kids were there to help him celebrate!
The candle was blown out and Andrei was ready to dig in to the yogurt! LOL
Dan amused him with the noisemakers....
He just wasn't sure what to think about them...
Then he got to try one himself! :-)
Finally, yogurt time! I think all in all it was a good day for sweet Andrei. He seemed to feel much better today with the antibiotic in his system! Happy first birthday baby boy!
