Wow, time flies when you're having fun! :-) I have been having a great time planning my trip!
I just got my first email from the in-country program host!! YIPEE!! She sent me the name of the hotel: Motel Occident (oops original post had bad link... www.hoteloccident-barlad.ro/index_en.html ). That makes me breathe a little easier -- the thing that scares me the most is the unknown LOL I am a bit of a control freak (I know, hard to believe) and just the not knowing is killing me! So finally one, shhhewww (wiping brow), one known item regarding my trip.
Ok let me hear from you guys... Opinions please... on the way home I will be arriving in Switzerland around 7pm-ish and have an overnight layover. I leave the next morning at 11am-ish. Should I try to get a hotel in the city and "see" Switzerland (although I am afraid it will be dark and I won't be seeing much and I will be wasting upwards of $200)? Or should I just get a sleeping room at the airport ($60).. shop at the airport and cry myself to sleep because I will already be missing the babies?? Just trying to decide what to do.. I really don;t want to wait until I arrive to decide... so let me know your thoughts!!

Hi, my name is Loredana. I'm from Romania, and I came to the USA in june this year. I read the newspaper article in The Mountain Press. I was a child protection worker in Romania before I came to the USA, and I wanted to wish you good luck on your trip. Don't be scared cause the things in children's protection are different than in the 1990s. If you have any questions and i can be of any help, please don't hesitate to contact me on my e-mail address: vld_loredana@yahoo.com.
